	member of Lok Sabha, the Parliament of India, will be our speaker
	of the evening. He was elected to the 15th Lok Sabha in 2009, and
	he represents Chitradurga, a parliamentary constituency in
	Karnataka state.
	
	He
	holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation
	Technology) from U.B.D.T. Engineering College, Davanagere and
	Master's Degree in Engineering (Electrical Communication
	Engineering) from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. On 26
	November 2009, he was named a member of the prestigious Council of
	Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT).

	Swamy worked in the Silicon Valley for about 10 years
	(1998-2007) prior to joining politics full time. He gained more
